Debbie is naturally enthusiastic and dynamic with a genuine passion for business and project development. She is strategically driven and experienced in creating, managing, and leading the evolution of organizations. She drives top performance by developing consultative, relationship-based sales objectives. She partners closely with executives across organizations, Owners, Developers, Architects, Government entities, all community constituents, and the industry at large: influencing and creating effective relationships with key peers and stakeholders.
She has held numerous executive leadership roles within the construction and office furnishings industry previously serving as Vice President PCS Companies, & estimate and &build, Founder/president +space (FBE certified) office furnishings dealership and Knoll Inc. manufacturer of internationally recognized design-driven brands.
Debbie believes in the transformative power of delivering diverse and inclusive projects, that will create positive change within the communities in which we work. Her recent personal accomplishment was the successful creation of the strategy, narrative, and assembly of the winning team for the City of Cleveland’s, Watterson-lake Redevelopment RFP.
Debbie is an advisor/Director to several nonprofit organizations including My Recovery Day, The Cleveland Restoration Society and Future Heights. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Michigan.
