John Yazvac

John Joined Next Generation Construction in 2021 and serves as Vice President. He started his construction career as a co-op student back in 2001, working as a submittal coordinator, at a local construction company.

Through the years he was consistently promoted and became a project manager and estimator. John worked at this company for 20 years before realizing Shakori’s vision and joining him at Next Generation. John has worked on various types and sizes of projects over his career, but his main focus has always been in the healthcare industry.

Healthcare requires strong attention to detail and high-level personnel management skills. John demonstrated these qualities early on and is continually striving to perfect them. He is well respected in the industry for his knowledge and commitment to success. John studied Civil Engineering Technology at Lakeland Community College.
