As our Vice President of Real Estate, he oversees strategic and operational functions of Next Generation’s real estate development and owner’s representation divisions.
With a portfolio exceeding $3 billion in pre-development, construction, and real estate development projects, Brenden has successfully managed complex initiatives across various public and private sectors, including healthcare, education, multifamily, aviation, office, senior housing, and retail. Brenden’s expertise spans multiple project delivery methods, including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), and Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
