Bill Painter

Bill Joined Next Generation Construction in 2022 and serves as senior project manager. As a project manager, Bill has been directly responsible for overseeing many large-volume construction projects and strives to lead his team in an efficient and transparent fashion.

From obtaining the information, authorizations, and construction documents required for construction from architects, engineers, and owners, detailed contract item lists, issuing requisitions for materials, and assisting the purchasing agent in preparing bid information, clearing bidders’ questions, reviewing bid analyses, to the awarding of contracts, he will prepare any project he is involved in for success. He maintains his projects from start to finish by obtaining building permits, handling all normal daily contacts with the architect, engineer, and owner, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to the job.

He has extensive experience running smooth productive project meetings, and leading team coordination. Bill earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University. His favorite hobbies are traveling, wrestling, and skiing.
