In 2009, Shakorie Davis founded Next Generation Construction with a small team of employees. Since then, the company has flourished into a highly prosperous business with multiple office locations in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. Next Generation Construction takes great pride in serving the Midwest region and prioritizes the notion of partnership over the traditional client-contractor dynamic. 2012
Next Generation Construction obtained its Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certification in 2012.This certification acknowledges that the company is owned, operated, and controlled by individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, specifically racial or ethnic minorities.
2013
Next Generation Construction was granted the State of Ohio EDGE Certification in 2013. This recognition demonstrates the company's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the construction industry and the State of Ohio.
