David Provenzale

Dave started his career in 1979 joining the Laborers (local 310) working his way up to foreman with Provenzale Construction in1981. Along with his brother, they eventually bought the family business in 1984. During the early days, Dave was tasked with the job of growing the company from a small interiors subcontractor to a general contractor and construction management firm. Over the next 40 years, he built an impressive client list.

Dave expanded his role to include managing the day-to-day office activities, including hiring office staff and field tradesmen. He developed his skills to include project management, budgets, estimating, contracts, and scheduling. Eventually, with Dave’s leadership, the company was taking on large, multi-million-dollar projects throughout the greater Cleveland area.
